How to prepare for the IAME 2021 Conference!

Mandatory pre-recorded presentation
For every presenter, whether you physically travel to Rotterdam or participate online: everyone is required to upload a pre-recorded video of their presentation via the Dryfta platform. This pre-recording will be played during the conference for three reasons: in case something goes wrong during the live presentation, it is more convenient to show this pre-recorded version. Secondly, there are on-line participants in other time zones for which we then make it possible to see presentations at a convenient time. Third, it is convenient for the presenter to upload the perfect version of the presentation that fits the time limits for it. It is important to note that the maximum length of this recording is 10 minutes. Submissions longer than 10 minutes will not be accepted. Belowl is a guide on how to create and upload your pre-recorded presentation. Also, a template for your presentation is attached. Please make sure to use this template for your presentation. The deadline for the pre-recorded presentation is two weeks before the conference starts: November 10 2021 (23:59 CEST).

When you participate physically, it will also be possible to present your paper live on the spot. Nevertheless, uploading a pre-recorded video is mandatory for everyone.

You can upload your presentation via your original submission. Make sure not to forget to click on update after you have loaded your video in. Only then, the video is saved into your submission.

Please do not create a new submission!

Uploading your full paper or extended abstract
To participate in the conference, it is important that the most up-to-date version of your full paper or extended abstract is uploaded via the conference system. Make sure you upload this version at least one week before the conference (November 17, 2021, 23:59 CEST) using the same RTM code as your earlier submission. Delete your old submission, then upload your new version.

Correct presenting author
Please make sure that the correct presenting author(s) is displayed in the conference system. If you can not change the presenting author, but wish to do so, please e-mail the conference office.

If you have any questions regarding your submission or your ticket, please e-mail the conference office.
