Cancellation policy

• Cancellations must be notified in written form to the Congress Office IAME 2021 at info@iame2021.org using the Cancellation form IAME2021.pdf
• For all cancellations received before the 15th of September 2021, the registration fee will be refunded (deducting a cancellation fee of 30% from the paid amount). After September 15th, there will be no compensation. The refund, if on time, will be distributed within 60 days from the end of the Conference.
• Registration is strictly personal.

Force majeure

• Due to the covid-19 pandemic, we are forced to organize the event on a location outside of our university campus, which limits our flexibility for refunds.  
• In the unlikely case that the IAME 2021 Conference cannot physically be held in Rotterdam, due to any event beyond the Organization's control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Dutch or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc.) the Conference Organization will decide to proceed with an online conference only. A refund will be applicable for the difference between the online and physical registration fee.
• The Conference Organization cannot be held responsible for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, travel and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
