The IAME2021 conference is less than a week away! We are extremely excited to welcome you all to Rotterdam. Following the cancelling of the grand opening in the City hall of Rotterdam, we found a good alternative to welcome you on Wednesday afternoon. We arranged a get-together in the Foodhallen, which is conveniently located across the street from the conference venue, and which is large enough to welcome you in a Covid safe way! This welcome includes drinks and snacks, it will officially start at 17.30u. But from 17.00 you can already walk in for registration for the conference, get a drink and find a seat with other delegates.   

You can also register from 15.30 till 17.00 at the Nhow hotel on floor 6. Please note that the get-together includes some snacks but is not a full evening meal. The get-together will end at 19.00 to provide you an opportunity for going for a full meal.  The Foodhallen are also open for larger meals (own payment) until 20.00 and are open for take away, also after 20.00. Furthermore, there are also various restaurants in the vicinity, such as the Fenix Food Factory and the Hotel New York restaurant.
